Operational Budget
Say Yes programs and operations are funded by a combination of public and private partners including the City of Buffalo, Erie County, New York State, the Buffalo Public School District, the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, to Oishei Foundation, the Citi Foundation, the Cullen Foundation, the Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation, the Celia Lipton Farris & Victor W. Farris Foundation, the Blue Fund, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York, among others, and private individuals.”
